 I am committed to Total quality. My post graduate degree course in TQM at Northumbria University changed the way I do things.

     If I get good service I give compliments, and if I get a poor service, then I suggest improvements - it's that simple.

     I am never scared to try new concepts or ideas, the only failure, for me, is not to try at all.

     Since moving here 4 years ago, one of the biggest frustrations I have is the lack of client care in business.

      I would like things to change, so it starts here, it starts now, with this professional property management company, with other like minded professionals as part of the team.
